The Futurist Archive, or TFA, is the first online catalogue raisonné for Italian Futurism. The site includes entries for all works of Futurist art, literature, music, photography, and other materials from 1909 to 1918.
The contents of the website are collected, digitized, and organized by Ty Davidian. The website was also designed and built by Ty Davidian. The website relies upon decades of Futurist scholarship, print catalogue raisonnés, auction records, marketplace listings, conversations with curators and historians, private collectors, and other resources.
The Futurist Archive is active on Internet Archive, where it provides scans of hard-to-find Italian Futurist materials. The Futurist Archive Collection (or “TFA Collection”) is Ty Davidian’s personal collection of Futurist materials.
Under the Fair Use Act, all images in The Futurist Archive are of pre-1928 objects and therefore in public domain and copyright-free. Where necessary, image credits are given to those who possess certain rights over the distribution of images. The Futurist Archive does not intend to infringe upon any copyrighted works, as the website is intended for educational research by scholars, historians, and casual webssurfers. If you believe any aspect of the site infringes on copyright, please contact The Futurist Archive at tdavidian6943@gmail.com.
